Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live somewhere else? No not a different town or province. No not even a different country. I’m talking about another planet. Yeah, it’s not something that comes to my mind immediately either. Well, whether you’ve been planning on the move or not, it’s now one step closer! A non-profit organization called Mars One is to send several people in 2023 to Mars. I know what you’re thinking… Sweet! Why wouldn’t I try life on mars? They’ll provide you with 7 years of training before they send you up. It’s estimated it’ll cost them $6 billion to send up 4 people, and you could be 1 of them! To signup just send in a small fee of $33 along with a minute long video of why you’ll be suitable. For more info visit: www.applicants.mars-one.com

Oh and one more thing, it’s a one way ticket, so make sure you say your goodbyes, and don’t forget your cell phone.

Not everyone I know has an 80 foot slide in their house, or while we’re on the subject iron girders that you can go rock climbing on.

An 80 foot slide! I can only imagine that if that starts at your bedroom and leads to the kitchen (naturally) you’ll certainly be awake by the time you get to the bottom!

You have no idea how upset I was when I looked at the photo closely and realized that it was a blow-up bunny. Who doesn’t love receiving a chocolate Lindt bunny? I thought they’d really gone above and beyond with this one, and I was just about to research where I needed to book my flights.

Cute Lindt, cute. But a cruel game to play with my heart. #MakeTheChocolateOnesThisSize

They’ve created stamps that have the essence of cacao oil in the glue, so that it tastes like you’re licking chocolate. While people may not be overly impressed with the stamp impersonating chocolate you have to give the Belgians credit for giving it a go!
